Participation Enrollment:
Each eligible employee is automatically enrolled in the Sequoyah Safety Recognition Program and will use their employee ID number to gain access the Sequoyah Electrical & Network Services, Inc. Reward website. Upon initial login, participants may create their username and personal password.
Earning Rewards:
The earning and accumulation of reward points begins when an eligible participant has worked one month injury free. The monthly award of injury free points will be posted on the website the following month. Eligible participants may also earn matching points equal to the amount of the individual’s injury free points each month should their jobsite(s) for that month remain injury free. The matching jobsite points will be posted quarterly, the month following the end of each quarter. Eligible participants may also earn additional points throughout the year for safety program initiatives, contests and safety education. These points will be distributed at the sole discretion of Sequoyah Electrical & Network Services, Inc. management.
Matching Safety Points:
The matching Safety Recognition Points are based on the performance of all jobs that an eligible employee works on during the course of each calendar month. The points are earned each month and totaled and awarded quarterly. Should an injury occur on a job, all eligible employees that worked on that job during the month of the injury will not receive matching points for that month. The remaining 2 months of the quarter could still be eligible for matching points should the job(s) for that individual remain injury free. Dump trucks traveling offsite, which are involved in traffic accidents, are not considered jobsite injuries for the purpose of calculating matching points. Driver injuries occurring on a jobsite, dumpsite or material pickup point are considered a jobsite injury.
